In some humanitarian groups or human services organization, negative reinforcements applied to elementary school kids are even illegal. But we sometimes learn things hard way, just like you did you finally realized that it&#039;s not mentally working on those kids. 

Not to mention that kids these days are grouped into what many call &quot;generation Y&quot; or the Millenials. This upcoming generation after &quot;generation X&quot; (my generation LOL) is totally distinctive and unique. Every generation has their own ways to learn and grow.</description>
